HOW TO USE PEPPERMINT
- Take 2 drops in a Veggie Capsule to lessen occasional stomach upset.
- Add 1 drop to your drinking water especially if you feel bloated or a little gassy.
- Put 1 drop of Peppermint oil in your palm and cup over your nose.Next step is to take a big inhale for instant energy. Do this also to lessen feelings of tension and to relieve headache or migraines.
- Massage 1 drop of Peppermint into your temples and the back of your neck to relieve tension.
- Add 1 drop of this oil to your tongue to freshen your breath. Also, try to mix 2 drops in half glass of water and use as mouthwash.
- Inhale 1 drop and apply to the back of your neck before an exercise workout. It will act as performance booster.
- Apply 1 drop down the bridge of your nose to open airways for a clearer breathing and more focus.

HOW TO USE DIGESTZEN
- Add 1 drop of DigestZen and 1 drop of peppermint to 1 glass of water or tea, mix well and drink for better digestion, healthier Gut Microbiome and gastrointestinal tract.
- Dilute 1 drop of DigestZen to 4fl. Oz. of liquid like water or tea to soothe occasional stomach upset or after a heavy meal.
- Add 1-2 drops of DigestZen to a little Carrier Oil such as Fractionated Coconut Oil, Almond oil, Olive Oil or other carrier oil. Then gently rub into stomach to help with indigestion or other digestive concerns.
- Dilute with a carrier oil then rub a drop on your stomach and temples. I suggest you do this before flying or taking a road trip for calming aroma and to fight motion sickness.
- When use aromatically, just add 3-4 drop of DigestZen to your own diffuser.
