What does wellness mean to you? To me it’s not always about doing relaxing things but also about doing things for others and the community. Here you’ll find me posting blogs each Thursday and Sunday with what I’m working on to either help myself or others.

So what are Thoughtful Thursday’s all about? It’s about nearing the the end of the week where I get to reflect on how it’s gone and be intentional for the week to come.
It allows me to highlight causes that I’m passionate about, understand how to continue being creative, and to overall just be.
A while back I had posted an empty vision board on Instagram, and as I go through various changes in my life I feel that I need to re-asses everything to be more mindful of what I want.
Whether it be more me time or time to do the things I am passionate about or just relaxing and enjoying quality time with the kids.
Being intentional to me goes both ways, either in the physical acts that you do in your day to day life or the mental acts.
On Sunday’s we’ll be doing more self-care wellness launching each Sunday morning with ways to get relaxed and rejuvenated before the week starts again.
For those of you into essential oil rollerballs, get ready for some great concoctions.
When you’re truly okay with doing nothing and just being, whether that be relaxing or just going for a walk or sitting in nature, that’s when you know your soul is happy. Anyone can be happy when they’re occupied as that doesn’t leave them much time to actually think their own thoughts or feel. Being in calm whether it be literal or physical gives you a much better perspective of life.
