These Ultimate Keto Brownie Pancakes Taste Stupidly Delicious.
You will love it!
Calling all keto, brownie, pancake and ding dong lovers!! This recipe is amazing! Soft fluffy tender brownie pancakes. You wouldn’t even know they are grain-free, dairy-free and keto-friendly!
These chocolate brownie batter pancakes are to die for. Seriously! I had another post scheduled for tomorrow and had to bump it out of the way to make room for this recipe after I perfected it earlier this week.
So if you’re on keto – you all know the oh so popular cream cheese and egg pancakes. They’re good and all, but you know deep down in your heart – it’s not a pancake. Now this! This is a pancake! It could even just be a cake without the pan – I’m down with that.
This brownie pancake recipe is so easy to whip up with minimal mess using a single bowl. You need to go make it now! Even if it’s for dinner.
My favourite way to eat these is actually without any syrup but with mascarpone or fresh whipped cream and berries along with a glass of cold nut milk.

I know you’re going to love this recipe as much as my family does. Like it, share it, and eat it!

The Ultimate Keto Brownie Pancakes that Taste Stupidly Delicious (Keto, Grain free, Sugar free, Dairy free)
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp dutch cocoa
- 4 tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit Golden sweetener (or sweetener of your choice)
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 eggs
Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
Add in the remaining ingredients and whisk until you get a smooth batter.
Warm a cast iron pan or griddle on medium low heat.
Add a little butter or alternative to the pan.
Pour a small amount of batter to make cute tiny pancakes.
Wait till you start seeing bubbles appear in the batter and then flip the pancake and cook the other side.
Serve immediately with fresh mascarpone or whipped cream and berries.
I usually like to double or triple the batch as these are great as a freezer breakfast. I do recommend placing a parchment sheet in between each pancake if you do plan to freeze them.
